Problem z Support Assist
Od kilku dni aplikacja Support assist się zawiesza i w żaden sposób nie da się jej naprawić. Nie mogę z tego powodu dokonywać za jej pomocą żadnych aktualizacji. Do chatu z konsultantem na stronie dell oczywiście nie da się dostać.
W załącznikach przesyłam widok okna jaki pojawia mi się po włączeniu aplikacji.
Nie masz wymaganych uprawnień, aby zobaczyć pliki załączone do tego posta.

Sprawdź czy aplikacją działa czy widnieje w zasobniku systemowym jako "nie działająca". Sprawdź czy nie blokuje jej działania jakiś zewnętrzny program (jak antywir). Jeśli robiłeś czyszczenie systemu takim lub podobnym programem (czego nie polecam) to mogło się cuś popsuć. Odinstaluj i zainstaluj (po restarcie) najnowszą wersję. amen
A to nie jest program, od którego zależy płynne działanie komputera. Można go śmiało odinstalować i też będzie po kłopocie. W zależności od modelu laptopa możesz się nie doczekać aktualizacji. A jeśli się pojawią to można je ręcznie zainstalować.
Upgrade i konserwacja laptopów. Modemy wwan.
Optymalizacja systemów w obrębie OS bez zbędnego zaśmiecania dodatkowymi aplikacjami. Zgadywanie upss tz diagnostyka drobnych usterek.
Nie pracuje dla Dell.

Aplikacje SuportAssist i Dell Command Update mają problemy z systemem lub odwrotnie /Windows10/. Można to obserwować w podglądzie wydarzeń.

Good repair here. I did a similar repair several years ago on my Bosch e bike battery.
Great video, many thanks, I have bitten the bullet and bought a new battery pack, as I read that the BMS would lose its program when the voltage drops below a certain value. On opening the battery pack (400 type) I found the cells are not well at all….
Hey , nice job. Can you disconnect the BMS from the pack ? Will it not get in safety mode when there is no voltage on it ?

Hi, Many thanks for the video. I have a Bosch battery as shown in the video & I am looking for some advice. According to the Bosch Diagnostic Software the Battery is deactivated with one light showing on the display & the Battery refusing to charge. My question is, if I replace the cell pack but use the original BMS, will the BMS still say it is deactivated or will it allow the Battery to work? Thanks in advance

Doesn’t this way mean all the current has to pass through those single pieces of nickel strip on the series connections. It doesn’t look thick enough to me. The Bosch design will have that central nickel strip as the main conductor with the cells feeding into it and I can see that central run is substantial. Those zig zags look like they need doubling up to me.

Thanks from the Netherlands! We have a lot of Bosch powered ebikes here. I started repairing ebike batteries as a hobby. Did not get an hand on a Bosch battery yet. But on the internet I read that these basterds are bricking itself when you cutoff the power. BMS is then unrepairable. What I see here is that you just migrate the bms from one pack to the other without issues.

I just repaired 2 of these batteries. 1 had the pink samsung cells 2800mah. and the other had chinesse GA´s in it. Both batteries had just 1 group of cells completely dead. That .2mm nickel can be welded nicely with the Malectrics spot welder kit. It can even make a hole thru if you use a diesel car battery....

I have 2 used Bosch Powerpack 400 batteries. Is it possible to find out how many times they have been fully charged?
Have a question. I have a trek rail 5 that came stock with a bosch powertube 500. The 625 is also supposed to fit my bike. So I guess the batteries are the same size? Does the powertube 500 just have dead space we’re extra cells go or are the cells on the 625 larger capacity? If the 500 has dead space can extra cells be added the make the 500 into a 625. Thanks.
